The ETJ (English Teachersin Japan) Linked in group is for members of ETJ that are also members of Linked in. One of the advantages of the group is that members can see each others' profile and photograph, so we can know each other a bit better than with the Yahoo groups

 

Unlike the national ETJ Yahoo groups, the Linked in group can be used for posting commercial messages and for other kinds of self promotion. This is because Linked in is primarily for developing business connections.

 

The Linkedin ETJ Group is now an open group. This means discussions can be viewed by anyone on the web, found on any search engines, and can be shared on other social networking platforms in addition to LinkedIn. Those connected with ELT in other countries may also join the ETJ Linked in group.

You need to join Linked in and also join ETJ before you can be a member of the ETJ group on Linked in. There is no fee for joining either Linked in or ETJ. After joining Linked in, go to the group directory and input 'ETJ (English Teachers in Japan)'. You can then join the group.
